"Slow replies and not much help"
I reached out to support, but it took a really long time to hear back. When they finally replied, the answer didn’t really solve my issue or feel very useful. Overall, it left me feeling frustrated and disappointed.

"Felt Like I Was Waiting Forever"
I placed my order thinking it would show up quickly, but then the days just kept passing with no package in sight. I kept checking the tracking like, “Okay, maybe today?” When it finally arrived, I was glad to have it, but the shipping took way longer than I expected.

I ordered from zeagoo because the promo code looked like a good deal, but... once shipping got added at checkout, the savings really weren’t as great as I expected. Then I saw a better deal the next day, which was annoying. The clothes themselves were fine, but the whole promo thing felt a little misleading...

"Support did reply after a while..."
Support did reply after a while, but it didn’t feel like they really understood what I was asking. Their responses seemed generic, like they skimmed my messages instead of actually looking into the problem. I’m a little cautious about letting issues slide, especially if there’s any chance they could turn into a bigger problem later, so this left me feeling unsure rather than reassured.

"Feels a bit cheap for what you pay"
I really wanted to like this, but it just didn’t feel worth the price to me. The overall quality felt kind of cheap, and I kept noticing little things like the finish not feeling very smooth and the edges seeming a bit flimsy. Maybe I’m being picky, but for the money, I expected it to feel a lot more solid.

"Support felt slow and copy-pasted"
I found a few things on the site that I actually liked, but dealing with customer support was frustrating. It took them days to reply to my email, and when they finally did, the answer felt like a copy-paste response that didn’t really address my question. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely annoying.

"Checkout turned into a whole headache"
I was trying to place my order, but the payment kept failing for no clear reason, and then my cart emptied itself twice. It felt like they just made it my problem to figure out, which was really frustrating. After re-adding everything more than once, I just gave up

"Cute idea, but not totally my style in person"
I’ll admit I’m a little picky with clothes, but these looked closer to the photos than some other stuff I’ve ordered online. That said, they didn’t look quite the same on me. The fit was a bit off from what I expected, and the fabric felt cheaper than I was hoping for. I’ll still wear them casually, but they weren’t as stylish or flattering as I imagined

"Quality was not what I expected"
I ordered a top from zeagoo.com because it looked really cute in the pictures, but when it showed up, I was kind of disappointed. The fabric felt thinner than I expected, and the stitching looked messy in a few spots with loose threads hanging out. It also seemed like it had been handled carelessly before it got to me, like it was just shoved into the package without much thought.
It’s still wearable, and the fit was okay, but I don’t see it holding up well after a few washes. Shipping itself was fine, but between the quality and the careless packaging/handling, it didn’t feel worth the price to me. I probably wouldn’t order from them again.

"Wish the Fabric Details Were Clearer"
The clothes looked fine overall, but I’m particular about fabric before I buy anything. The material info wasn’t very clear, so I wasn’t totally sure what I was getting until it arrived. For me, that’s something I’d expect to know upfront.

"Good prices, fair overall??"
I grabbed a couple of tops from Zeagoo mostly because the prices were lower than a few other places I checked. for what I paid, I thought it was fair, and the sale section had some decent finds too. Who doesn’t like saving a little money??

I’m not giving it 5 stars because a few things looked a bit different in person than they did online. Nothing terrible, just not exactly what I expected. But for the price, I can’t really complain much, and I’d probably order again??

"Not gonna lie, ordering from zeagoo.com was..."
Not gonna lie, ordering from zeagoo.com was frustrating because the tracking info barely helped at all.
It just sat there with no updates for days, and then when it finally changed, the updates were so vague that I still had no idea where my package actually was. I kept checking like something useful would show up, but nope.
Customer service wasn’t much better either. They basically just told me to wait without really explaining anything. Maybe the package will arrive, maybe it won’t, but the whole thing has been really annoying.

"Messy stitching and a frustrating support experience"
The stitching on mine was bad. There were loose threads all over, and after the first wash one of the seams already started coming apart. I tried reaching out about it, but I just kept getting transferred around, which made the whole thing even more annoying. Disappointed overall and I don’t think I’ll order from zeagoo again

I only wore this twice and the seams already started ripping open. Am I missing something, or should it definitely be holding up better than that?

"Shipping was literally too expensive"
I found a few things I actually liked on zeagoo.com, but once I got to checkout, the shipping cost was way higher than I expected. It literally made the whole order feel not worth it. The clothes looked okay, but the checkout part was disappointing. I probably won’t order again unless the shipping gets cheaper.

"Refund process was way too slow"
I returned my order and didn’t expect the refund to take as long as it did. I had to keep following up for weeks, and every time I contacted support, I pretty much got the same generic response. In the end, the whole experience felt frustrating and not worth the hassle. Personally, I wouldn’t order from them again

I’m still waiting on my order and the delivery never showed up. What’s even more frustrating is that the terms seem to keep changing, so I don’t really know what to expect anymore

"The site was kind of a hassle to use"
I really wanted to like shopping on zeagoo.com, but the website made it frustrating. To be fair, the clothes looked cute from what I could see, but pages were loading slowly for me and some of the product photos took forever to appear. The filters were also hit or miss, so I kept seeing items that didn’t match what I had selected.

Checkout wasn’t very smooth either. I ended up going back a couple times just to double-check shipping details and sizing, which made the whole process feel more annoying than it needed to be. Maybe the actual clothes are fine, but the site itself made shopping feel like extra work
